It is forbidden to add images depicting minors. NOVICES and SUBSCRIBERS are forbidden from posting photos depicting subjects with UNCOVERED FACES in public sections, and may do so only in private rooms. Only CERTIFIED COUPLES may post photos with uncovered faces in public sections – as their consent, awaiting certification, is not disputed. By uploading a photo, the user agrees to its publication and assumes full responsibility in the event that they are not the sole owner of the photo or in the event that the photo depict subjects against their will. Photos that do not comply with the above rules will be immediately removed and, should they constitute criminal offense (e.g. child pornography) will be immediately transmitted, along with all information regarding the advertiser, to the competent Judicial Authorities.
